Advance notice is required if Mail in Service is requested, to complete a mail in service please do the following.
Note: a $49 diagnosis fee must be paid for all machines, iPhones have a $15 Diagnosis Fee.

The trade in price can be put towards a new machine (second hand) or provided to the customer as a direct deposit or cash payment.
Each machine is required to go through an in depth hardware examination to determine it's condition, and a trade in evaluation, which is free of charge.
Advance appointment is required.
